Rokt Climbing Gym: Second impressions

Went and actually had a play on the bouldering walls at Rokt today. My cuticles are rammed with chalk and my forearms are aching, and I feel great. NEED to improve fitness quite a lot but...

This is me in one of the bouldering caves, enjoying myself hugely. As usual I have been REALLY careful wih my chalk and not got it all down my legs or anything...




This is magister sitting on the decking outside, with a nice view down the river over his shoulder.

We met the two guys who own the place (Hello Leigh and Euan!) who had already read my previous blog post, and they were just as lovely and friendly as the rest of the staff.

And then we went to Sainsbury's, cos, you know, fooooooooooooooood...

For some reason only one of my rock shoes was in my climbing bag and I couldn't find the other :(

I think I'd probably make it out to the decking but anything else... *shudders* I feel dizzy standing on a chair!

That looks a bit too much like hard work to me, but it does give us a splendid view of your bottom. :)

James looks very bohemian! He needs a hat of some sort.
