Him: That's the last of the gin
Me: The gin is gone?
Him: Yep!
Me: Why is all the gin gone?
Him: Because we've drunk it all.
Me: But WHY is all the gin gone?
Him: Because you're a pisshead, darling.
Me: Oh yes, there is that.

On the plus side, this means we get to go to Czerwik's and buy more gin! On the downside, this will cost money. Oh well.

I'm not a drinker. At all. Kirk and I have discussed whether we want to have wine or champagne with us at the cabin. He doesn't want me to have a bad experience with it and ruin our honeymoon. I think I'd much rather have some in a controlled environment where I won't make a complete ass out of myself in public. Our mind is not yet made up.

Champagne tends to go to the head faster than wine, because of the bubbles. So you might be better with wine. But then again, chamapagne gives things more of a sense of occasion. :)

Sorry you're out of gin. :-(

Had to mention the name "Czerwik's". I don't know what the British/Yorkshur pronunciation of that would be, but as it seems to be a Polish name, it would be pronounced just like "cervix". That is just TOO hilarious! Didn't know your cervix sold gin.....

Save money, and make your own gin! How hard can it be? :)

What is it made of, sloe-berries? Grow your own sloe-berries!

Damn, can't homebrew there? We homebrew; beer, wine, mead. We even grow our own hops.

I know plenty of people who make their own sloe gin but I guess there's no distilling, just infusing.
