5, Regeneration in Doctor Who is not random: when a time lord regenerates (s)he actually selects from a "rack" of pre-determined forms. This means that the Sixth Doctor looks like Colin Baker because the fifth Doctor and Maxil were secret lovers, and in regeneration he took the form of the man he loved.

4, Dried Frog Pills contain no frog whatsoever, and are in fact completely vegan.

3, Christopher Lee only has two ways of acting a death scene. Death scene #1 involves falling to his knees, with a shocked expression, and then keeling over backwards. Death scene #2 involves falling to his knees, with a shocked expression, and then keeling over forwards. When challenged on this he will always reply that he has seen death and knows how it happens.

2, Pratchett dwarf lore applies in LotR too, and Gimli is really a girl.

and, of course

1, "Doris", the wife of Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart in Doctor Who, is a post transition Sgt Benton.

I haven't seen every single Doctor Who episode, but I don't really recall that detail? Of course I'm mostly a "classic Who" fan, so if it's in from NuHu that would explain it.

Gimli as a girl is good with me, regardless!

Two to three and Romana one to Romana two were the examples I was thinking of...
