I'm as uncomfortable diagnosing eating disorders from a picture of a thin woman (anorexia) as I am diagnosing them for fat woman (must be bulimic/binge eating). The point is that the range of human weight is wider than our culture is willing to accept, weight is *much* harder to change longterm by willpower than people want to believe and you can tell very little about someone's health from looking at a picture.
