Oof. I've never been happier to be overemployed than in the last couple of weeks.

I make a lot of curries involving frying onions in ghee before adding coconut milk later. Does that mean I maintain my smarts at pre-curry level? Or do I flip between genius and idiot with each forkful of spicy goodness?
