This Mystery Must Be Solved!

So, apparently Andrew Hickey and Andrew Rilstone might be the same person. Even more confusingly, Andrew Ducker might also be the same person. All this is achieved by cunning addition and subtraction of beards and hairpieces, I am told. And miraculous nil-time travel between Manchester, Bristol, and Scotland.

Which one of them is the real Andrew? And... are ALL Andrews one Andrew? If so, this leads to a disturbing thought. My DAD is called Andrew...

Rilstone and I do actually have scarily similar handwriting -- he sent me something in the post once, and Holly wondered why I'd posted something to myself.

The plot thickens.

Mr Fharris may be on to something here, you know. As Spike Milligna the famous typing error would have put it, little do you know how little I know about the little you know. If only I knew what the little that you know, I'd know a little. I'll have to keep my little ears open you know.

I have some 1970s Doctor Who fanzines with letters from a youthful Rilstone in them - but not in his handwriting.

Well, that doesn't really prove anything then, sadly. In other news, I've been living a lie. More details elsewhere on this blog. Somewhere.

Turn one's back for a few hours over at [personal profile] miss_s_b's, and you can miss a millenium's worth of identity confusion.

Well, magister *did* say earlier he wanted to have my children...

I knew this'd be my fault somehow. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

I will buy Manchester and Scotland as being right next to each other, because they're in the North, and the North is only the size of, say, Middlesex. But isn't Bristol in, like, Wales?

I'm Andrew.

And so's my wife.

I have gotten Messr's Rilstone and Hickey confused before. But then I'm _rubbish_ with names, and am largely helped in differentiating people by visual aids, which doesn't work well on the internet.

I wonder if we combine into an Uber-Andrew if we're all in the same room at the same time.

It wouldn't work that well with those two in real life, if it's any help.

You all look pretty Andrewish, really, as far as I can tell.

You think uber Andrew would have one eye bigger than the other?

There is no Andrew but Andrew, and Andrew is his puppet.

Just to add to your confusion

USian blogger Philip Sandifer remains under the delusion that Mr Andrew and Daddy Richard are in fact the same person also.

Ah, but are the Andrews of the same or different substance?

[personal profile] magister 2012-04-17 22:07 (UTC)(link)
That's for Andrew to know and Andrew to wonder.

On a different ote, after watching Horrible Histories, I'm considering describing myself as morbidly obese with divine wisdom.
