Whether he desrves conviction or just a caution to behave himself and not be an arsehole on line isn't up to me, but that's not something that you'd be able to get away with in a street with the police nearby.

Yeah, I read the exchange not long after it happened, and he made death threats against multiple participants, coupled in one case with an assertion that he could easily trace the address of the woman he was targetting (a fan trying to defend Daly.) Definitely the wrong side of the line IMO.
