I liked it. The Rory/Amy relationship stuff was a bit meh, but I loved Oswin, and I loved all the people-inside-the-daleks that Amy could see, and I loved Oswin, and the Doctor getting it before we did (and all the "eggs" peppered throughout the episode) was as it should be, and... oh yeah, I loved Oswin.
Now, I've been glancing around the interwebs, and it seems many other people liked Oswin too. It seems to me that every time a new kick-ass lady hero is intorduced in Who, the interwebs go mental. It happened with Madam Pompadour. It happened with River. It happened with Doctor's daughter Jenny. It happened with Madam Vastra & Jenny. Perhaps, and I'm just saying this as a perhaps, it shows that maybe there is some appetite out there for kick-ass female heroes?
Next week is icky Chibeers. But the cast looks good, and, you know, triceratops. SO I shall reserve judgement. Or try to, at least.
