FAO those waiting for more answers from candidates

I have some more waiting to be posted - including the current chair of FCC - but I also have a particular heavy weekend at work this week* so the fact that none have appeared shouldn't be a cause for concern.

I am kind of bowled over by how popular this series of posts have been, and really stunned that I've had as many sets of answers as I have - I was expecting them from people I knew, but the fact that the first two responses I got were an email from a peer of the realm asking for my patience while he thought about his answers and a full set of answers from someone I've never met... That was something that really bolstered my faith in the sort of people this party attracts.

So, yes, I'd like to thank you all for your patience while I get around to posting, and I'd like to thank all the candidates who have sent me answers to post.

*Friday was daytime at Lib Dem job then 7pm - 1am at pub, today has been 11am - 1 am (yes, that's 14 hours) at the pub and tomorrow is 11am - 5pm behind the bar at the pub, then weekly pub committee meeting, then picking my daughter up from her dad's, then writing the pub quiz. I will probably fit some answer posting in in between stuff tomorrow, but if I don't, don't panic.

Speaking as someone who is a conference rep who wants to make an informed decision but who has been in the party for a relatively short time, this has been invaluable. The questions are actually very good at forcing the candidates to think about the issues, but also to give a little of their attitudes and character as well. I will probably have another thorough look through everyone's answers before I fill in my ballot. Thank you ever so much for your precious time and effort!
