How Dumb is My Dog?

So, we came the long way back from the vet so doggies could have a nice run in the park. We met a nice golden retriever pup called Ella and they played for a bit. We set off to saunter vaguely homewards. Guess what Byron did?
That's right, he hurled himself into the beck. After twenty seconds or so of jumping around looking confused he managed to break through the crust of ice, and splashed about happily (and smugly), with Roxy staring at him like he was a nutter. Because he IS a nutter.
By the time we got home his tail and all of his underside were just ICICLES.
Dumb Dog.
Still, he's laid in front of the fire now, still looking smug that he beat whoever covered his beck over.
