• To radio 4, for repeating the News Quiz on a Saturday lunchtime, so that the fact that I spent the time it was on yesterday on a phone call to someone who needed me doesn't really matter.

I think it's good to remind myself, sometimes, that I have a lot to be thankful for. I am turning my phone off for the next couple of hours, and going and listening to the radio, then I am going to have a bath, then I am going to work.
