I couldn't vote in the Council elections as Tower Hamlets has their local elections once every never. But I made an X next to Big Bird on my European Election ballot.

Random non sequitur question - What witchery do you use to get Dreamwidth posts to feed through to Twitter?

Site called Twitterfeed, it's all point and click as long as you know what your RSS URL is.

No, because my council messed up so I can't. Otherwise yes, because I want to and it is my duty.

I've had to go for one of the 'no's, but in actual fact I'd need an 'other' radio button. I can't vote because I didn't get a voting card (must be due to my house move) despite downloading the form etc from aboutmyvote.

You can vote without your voting card - go to the polling station and state your name and address and -- if you are now on the electoral roll at your new address -- you can vote without the card.

What they said—you can vote at your new address if they've got you on the list, or your old address, you don't need a polling card at all, that's just a convenience to speed things up.

Come on Lib Dems! Sadly we have to wait till the General Election to get rid of the Tories - 26 years we were Tory o_O What the flying fuck?!

No council elections where we are. Feels like no election at all actually - only leaflets we had were one each from the BNP and Greens, and only John Leech seems to be bothered with any campaigning at all...
