I quite liked the first two links about comments. Esp. the first one since the author actually made the distinction between pseudonymous and anonymous commenters. I've been using the same pseudonym online (on forums and such) for over 10 years now - so in my mind, that is my "real name" online. I refuse to use my actual real name anywhere on the internet. If a site (not talking about online stores) requires "real names" for people to comment, I just make one up - something that looks like a "real name" but sure as hell isn't my real name. Which is why these "real name" requirements are so ridiculous - you can't prove anyone is actually using their real name. They're just using pseudonyms that look like real names.
