Thanks for the update, and all of this makes sense. The only bit that doesn't, for me, is "People liked the pop-up food van in the apron of the Barbican" but "the cafe in the Barbican was overpriced and not great quality". The van was more expensive and much worse food, at least to my tastes.
I have to say I didn't personally notice the lack of screen at all until seeing this, but I can see that it could be an accessibility issue for many, and agree it should be the highest priority thing to fix from those you've mentioned.
(I think the highest actual priority should be the definition of "emergency motion", but I'm unsure whether that's an FCC matter or not).
