LJ has been down for days now, hasn't it? I have 21 Dreamwidth invite codes if anyone wants one. Email me at jennieDOTriggATgmailDOTcom if you want one.

And, you know, people who already have DWs but still do most of their posting on LJ? Maybe now is the time to try out the "post to DW but crosspost to LJ" thing that DW makes so easy?

  • Here's an idea, government. How about hiring someone who KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING?? I'll be head of IT procurement for you, if you like. Say £30 grand a year? I bet you my first year's salary I'd do a better job than has been done before.

  • "I have a seven year-old daughter.... I want her to be like Stephanie Brown, and keep on trying even when life smacks her down again and again. When she encounters personal tragedy, I want to see her transcend it like Barbara Gordon, turning it into strength." Word.
  • Found this little gem via scans daily; scroll to the bottom to read from the beginning. I love that the next arc is (possibly) going to be called The Queen Lantern Corpse LMAO. Dreamwidth syndicated feed available at user name = queen_mum_comic_feed
