And she's fab! The coolest bit so far has been transferring all my contacts over via bluetooth in about 3 seconds. No fuss, no mess. And now that the two phones are synchable, I should be able to do that with MP3s too, so no need to swap memory cards about. Also, it'll do internet via WLAN as well as the mobile network, so when I am at home I can connect to the internet via my home broadband.

And she has a GPS and maps, so I can use her as a satnav!

I haven't had any issues with the touchscreen so far (have mostly been using the plectrum thing) and have found doing text messages really intuitive. The battery charged incredibly quickly. The speakers are really good, and the sound is clear. I think I'm going to need a sock for her, though, to keep her clean.

The only tiny problem I have had so far is that there's a sim memory full message that I can't get to go away, but I suspect that's just a matter of playing about a bit.

All in all, though, I am very pleased :D

I got a sim memory full message too. Depends how many contacts you have, but this phone (plus sim) seem to be geared towards keeping all your contacts on the phone. Set it to use the phone memory and the sim card memory, it's in the settings option in Menu->Contacts. Mine was set to have the default memory be the sim card, which it didn't like.

I couldn't quite get the hang of the plectrum thing...I prefer the stylus thing. Except that it took me ages to work out how to pull it out, it's really stiff on mine!

I am very tempted to get one of these I must admit. Mainly because I can't justify an i-Phone and this is as close as I'm ever going to get ;)

Just delete one or two entries from your Sim memory. You may find there are slots called 'No name' using memory you can get rid of. Then set it to ask which memory to use rather than default to one or the other. This way you can add new entries to your phone but still edit existing ones without a lot of head scratching.
